History
Since 1980, Integrated Data, Inc. has provided custom IT solutions requiring design, programming and delivery of turn-key systems for business and engineering. Integrated Data, Inc. was one of the first VARs in the Chicago Area providing affordable general ledger accounting systems to CPA's. The company later branched into CAD and pioneered supply of UNIX based drafting systems. Custom programming deployed in multiple environments include: DOS, UNIX, Windows, Novell, DBASE-II and Unify. Satisfied clients comprise Xerox Corporation, Chicago Board of Trade, The University of Chicago, as well as many small, medium and large companies. Integrated Data’s founder; Mr. Charles Kopelson, holds undergraduate and advanced degrees in industrial engineering and finance.

Engineering
Product Development Engineer for Brunswick Corporation from 1972 to 1975. Involved in design, construction, and operation of test units based on a new dust collection air filtration process. Field work included the developing of relationships with contractors and consultants, installation of equipment, hiring, supervising and training technicians. At this time I invented "A method for cleaning a depth-filter media", for which Brunswick made patent application.

Finance and Accounting
From 1975 to 1977 worked as an accountant for Druth Packaging Corporation in Chicago. Reported directly to controller of Corporation. Duties included preparation of factory cost variance reports, sales commissions, bank reconciliation's, ledger account analysis, trial balances, and financial statements.

From 1977 to 1980 worked for American Hospital Supply Corporation as Area Financial Manager. Responsibilities include the creation and implementation of systems and procedures to insure effective operation of the general ledger, inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry for Chicago, Cedar Rapids, Milwaukee, Peoria, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Denver and Omaha regions. These locations represent $70,000,000 in annual net sales, with an inventory level of more than $10,000,000. Supervised corporate profit planning, sales projections and conducted inventories and audits for the above areas.
